Michigan's Internet Voting A Success
Michigan is the only state this year to use an Internet voting option in the Democratic nominating process.
Before Saturday's caucus some Michigan Democrats (including Kerry's campaign) opposed the process noting that Internet voting would disadvantage the poor and minorities who lack Internet access.
But since the Internet was just another option this shouldn't have been an issue.
Ironically, Kerry supporters who feared the use of technology a few month back (when Dean was Internet king) and fought Michigan Democratic Party on this, seem to have done well with Internet voters, winning the caucus overall (including the Internet voters).
